Made a trip to Krabi for a holiday at the end of March. Seen lots of nice photos and reviews about Krabi, so we decided to witness the beauty ourselves.
Got the ticket from Tiger Air (only reason being they are the only budget airlines that provides direct flight to Krabi) We were so excited about the the place that we got ourselves ND filters and Dicapac hoping to captures some nice photos.
Day 1
Leaving Singapore~!!!!
Waiting for flight at budget terminal
Tiger air.
Review: Only take tiger air when your seriously cant afford other airlines or when it is the only airline that flies to your destination.
We are required to filled up our white card on the plane, flipped the “table” down and it has coffee on it.. NOT JUST STAIN, IT’S COFFEE. Crap~ Oh well.. nvm about that.
Touched down around noon, Having a slight drizzle and it was cloudy. =(
First meal in Krabi, A small family restaurant beside our resort.
They have lots of small huts for us to have our meals in.
While we were having our lunch, it started pouring. Something which is EXTREMELY unusual in Krabi this time of the year
Day 2
Clear morning~!!!!
Breakfast in “Cliff Ao Nang”
View from the area that we had our breakfast.
Went walking around right after breakfast and got ourselves a kayaking trip for 800 Bath . A very good deal.
Overall, the kayaking trip is worthwhile. We visited caves and got to see some centuries old paintings on the wall. Cool.
Got back to the resort and plunged into the “ozone treated pool” for a soak.
Dicapac in action~! She can control the bubbles coming out from her nose!
Right after our swim, it started raining. And it NEVER stopped. NEVER~
Didn’t know what to do, so we decided to indulge ourselves with seafood.
Day 3
Felt that I should show everyone out there how bad the weather was.
Ao nang beach, No sun, no clear sea water, nothing. =)
And the rain got heavier and heavier.
So, we return to our favourite restaurant again.
Lae Lay Grills Restaurant
(Click to find out more)
Seafood platter (the fish is DE-BONE~!!!!!!)
